Great review. I can’t decide between this 16-35mm or the 20mm prime. It will be used on a D700.
@nate42nd canons 16-35mm lens is not nearly as sharp but it does have an f/2. 8, the nikon 14-24mm, 16-35mm and 24mm f/1. 4 are the best of the best right now.
Canon can’t compete? Interesting. I don’t have the knowledge to disagree with you. Thanks for the review. I really like them. I would be interested to know if Canon can compete with this lens. . .
How do you feel about using that lens or an Fx lens on a Dx body? Great videos a lot of info!

great videos would be better if the audio was better, perhaps a wireless mic solution
