Simulate an In-Camera Lens Flare Effect with BCC Lens Flare
In this video, we will use Boris Continuum Complete's Lens Flare filter to generate a point light source and a lens flare effect that we will automatically track to the camera motion in the clip.

By any chance have you heard of this film filter software thing which you can use to add filters into ur film such as sunset filters etc as I have forgotten the name of it.
